A rafting we will go…
Saturday, August 2, we will depart from Belmont UMC at 8 am to raft the Ocoee with Big Frog Expeditions in Benton, TN. We will sleep and eat (dinner and breakfast) at Johnston Woods Retreat Center in Cleveland, TN. We will return Sunday, August 3, around 12:30 pm.
Cost: $40 to raft and $60 for lodging & meals, totaling $100. If you are interested in ways to help fund your trip through offering your services to people in our congregation, let me know.
$50 deposit is due July 1. Money should be turned into Taunia Rice. Once your deposit is in, you will receive an email confirmation with forms, trip reminders and ways you can help lead our group over the weekend.
Requirements: You must be 12 years or older to raft the Ocoee
