Belmont Youth Ministries Monthly Reminder

Hello Friends!

I pray you are well and settling into the rhythm of a new school year. Know that I remember you often in my prayers.

Tuesday, September 2, I depart on a 15 day serving pilgrimage to Kampala, Uganda, returning just in time for the Ministry Council Retreat and sleeping Climb Nashville on September 19.  This is a dream come true, and definitely a gift from God. I look forward to returning and sharing the stories of our neighbors there with my community here. Exciting times!

Please remember me, James Pearson, and Robin Pearson as we journey in Uganda and Kigali, Rwanda.

If there is a pastoral emergency while I am away, I encourage you to contact Ken, Linda or Lisa Gwock. I will not be checking email, though I may post a blog or two.

The Partners in Ministry (Sunday school teachers, UMY leaders and Bible Study leaders) will continue to lead our scheduled events and are definitely available to you over the next two weeks if you need someone to talk to. I encourage you to reach out to them.

Peace of Christ,
lanecia
