Peace of Christ!
This weekend Belmont UMC has opened up it's doors for an additional night to our neighbors living on the street through Room in the Inn. sunday night, 12 guests will have a warm place to sleep during this time of extreme cold.
The youth will join a few other members of our church in preparing, welcoming and joining in table fellowship with our guests (5:30-7:30 pm). We are old pros at this and our help & presence is greatly appreciated.
If you are willing and able to help provide food and/or drinks for the meals, please contact Gayle Morin (386-9735).
There will be another opportunity for us to play together in the near future, led by some of your peers. This weekend we are going to keep the Christmas spirit alive by sharing in this special moment together. Hope to see you Sunday!
