This is a reminder about the youth choir retreat on Aug. 27-28. Please see the attachment for more details. I have not heard from many youth about expectations to attend the retreat. Please let me know if you plan to attend and turn in your check for $25 (made out to the church) to me as soon as possible. I need to know a number of attendees no later than this Thursday so please reply to this e-mail at your earliest convenience.
We undoubtedly have an incredible year for the youth music ministry ahead of us. Since this retreat focuses on our fall and Christmas music it is an essential part of getting our season off to a jump start. I hope to hear from you soon about your plans to attend!
