Youth Reminder for the Weekend

Here is what's going on at Belmont UMC for you this weekend . . .

Saturday, January 26
1-3 pm
City Dive: Afternoon of fellowship and growing in friendship with the children and youth of the Golden Triangle Fellowship.

This summer I hope all of you will participate in "Mission Nashville," (June 24-28) serving in ministry with and for the youth of the Golden Triangle Fellowship, and that you will commit to participating in the preparation opportunities that will be offered over the next couple of months. This Saturday is the first of many opportunities we will have to prepare for our mission experience this summer.

Drop-off (1 pm) and pick-up (3 pm) will be at Belmont UMC. We will travel on the bus to apartments on Haywood Lane, were most of our members from the GTF live.
We will play, get to know each other and become familiar with the area we will be serving in ministry this summer.

Please bring the attached permission form with you.

Sunday, January 27 (Don't forget to register for Warmth in Winter and 30 Hour Famine!)

5:30 pm UMY: "1,000 Words" Arts in the Village is April 26, and this Sunday will kick off our preparations for the wonderful day of celebrating art & life. Come read to paint, write, cut, paste, create and be inspired by beautiful images of children from around the world.
