Moonlighters Set-Up, Dance and Breakdown

Moonlighters Dance
Saturday, February 23
7-10 pm

All youth are to help set-up for the dance Saturday morning, 10am-Noon. Andy, Sarah and other adult volunteers will help you prepare for the evening. You will have an opportunity to choose 1 of 3 different project teams to serve on once you arrive. Remember 2 hours really is not a lot of time to get things done, so do what you need to do to get the job done.

Also, you will have a chance Saturday morning to offer a theme for the 2009 Moonlighters Dance committee to choose for next year. Let your imaginations soar.

The Dance
All youth are encouraged to arrive around 6:45 pm to get the party started. Be sure to check in at the door to make sure you get Youth Ministry fundraising Account Points for supporting the fundraiser.

Once you are at the dance, you are at the dance. The only time you should leave is to go to the restroom or home. Please check with Justin H. if there is an emergency or a question during the dance. The custodians have been instructed to tell any person wandering around the building, regardless of age, to make their way back to the dance or leave the building.

Breakdown
All you are to help breakdown the party once the last song is played. If everyone gives even half as much as they can, Parker Hall should be back to normal in no time. Expect to stay until 10:30 or 10:45 pm for breakdown.

Invite all of the friends you can and have a blast! I look forward to seeing all of the pictures and hearing the stories of this fabulous evening.
