Here is what's going on at BUMC for young people...

Wednesday, September 23
6-7 pm Wednesday Night Connect, 3rd Floor

Saturday, September 25-27
Sr. High Girls Retreat “Agape” at the Wiltshire Farm. We will depart from the church at 6 pm on Friday, and return around 11:30 am on Sunday.

Sunday, September 27
9:15 am Sunday school, 3rd Floor

5:30-7:15 pm UMY: Belmont-Edgehill Picnic (We will meet at the church and provide transportation to and from the picnic.)

2. All Church Retreat, October 16-18 “Living the Beatitudes”
It’s All Church Retreat sign-up time! Hope you join your church family as we retreat together at Beersheba Springs Assembly.

3. It is time to form the 2010 BUMC Youth Ministries Leadership Team. This team will be responsible for leading, dreaming and supporting the winter, spring, summer and 2010 fall Youth Ministries for BUMC. A new team will be formed September 2010 for the 2011 ministry calendar.

All who want to serve in leadership are welcome to join the team, Jr. and Sr. High youth.

Please read the attached information and contact me by Wednesday, September 23, if you would like to serve on the team.

All those who choose to serve in leadership are required to participate in one of the 3 leadership preparation sessions offered and the planning meeting on Sunday, November 22 (5:30-7:30 pm).

The leadership preparation sessions will be offered on the following dates:

Sunday, September 27 (7:15-7:45 pm)

Sunday, October 4 (7:15-7:45 pm)

Sunday, October 25 (7:15-7:45 pm)
