Main Points from Charge Conference

NOTES From Executive Ministry Team Member Erin Pearce-

-This was Bill Cooper's last meeting as Chair of the Administrative Board. Kim Hawkins is the next chair.
-Lisa Gwock introduced a new Ministry Handbook. These will be sent to all members in the mail this week for all to prayerfully consider.
-June Batsel was approved as a Lay Speaker
-Membership over the last year has increased. A number of new people have joined our church family.
-Candidates for Ministry were endorsed.
-Sandy Sacarapanee's grant was celebrated
-The Christmas Miriacle Offering, "Christmas is Not Our Birthday," was introduced--more will be said about that later.
-BUILDING UPDATE!!!! Walls will be a work in progress over the next 2 weeks.
-Approximately 25 temporary parking spots will be made available over the next week.
-There is a very real chance that we will meet our apportionment goal, this year-- for 4th consecutive year! All are encouraged to contribute and even consider adding a "thirteenth month" to this year's giving.
