Our in-city mission week is June 24-28. Hillcrest UMC will host us as we live, serve and enjoy life with the children of the Golden Triangle Fellowship.
We will be leading a 3-day camp for 25 children of the GTF, as well as working on small building projects that meet the needs of the GTF community. We have enjoyed our time in play, fellowship and community with the children over the past couple of months, it has been incredible serving right here in our city. Many of us found out that we love caring for and getting to know people in our church community we've never had a chance to know before we started visiting them. This mission week will provide us with an opportunity to continue building those relationships as we serve the Christ in our midst.
Hope you can receive this great opportunity to hang out with some of the most beautiful children in Nashville and fully offer yourselves in love of God, neighbor and the great city of Nashville. It just might change our lives!

When I get back to Nashville, I will email a permission form and covenant to each youth. You will then have to sign up with Taunia Rice. Hope the questions means you are interested! :)

well maybe i cant come bc i can be there for the hwhole thing except for friday night. so idk if i can leave early.
